Tuggeranong Archery Club

Tuggeranong Archery Club Inc (TAC) is a not for profit sports club in Canberra, Australia. We are one of three Archery Australia affiliated clubs in the ACT and have been serving the community since 18th January, 2002. The main goals of TAC are to promote Archery and also help support archers to achieve any skill level they wish, be it recreational or professional.

Membership Renewals

PLEASE DO NOT RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Archery Australia will be rolling out a new membership portal on 1 March 2024. The current SportsTG membership database is no longer supported and is being shut down. Archery Australia has done a considerable amount of research to find a suitable database at a reasonable cost to all users.

For each member

Most of the information on the current database will be transferred to the new one however it is recommended that all existing TAC members register via the link below before the end of February. This should ensure that your membership continues seamlessly and you can check and update your details if required. Look out for the email from Archery Australia on how to renew and check your membership but please do not renew until we send out an email to all members.

All membership renewals and information (proof of membership) will be online or via an application (for a smart phone), as membership cards will no longer be issued.

The new system will also be used to enter tournaments and purchase merchandise from Archery Australia or AACT. All TAC merchandise will still be available through the canteen.

Once you have gone to this website you will need to click on the Create New Account button. You will be prompted to enter your details to create an account. All data from SportsTG has been transferred over so far, please check that everything is correct via the Dashboard link.

For the Club

TAC will also need Administrators for the new system, if you are interested in helping new and existing members with their memberships, please contact the club president. There will of course be a requirement for you to have training in the new database.

As with any new system there are bound to be some issues so please be patient as we are all learning. If you do have issues or questions, please bring them to a committee member or the registrar.
